My running history.
I have been involved in running since early 2001, when I met Jimmy Tong at Bukit Jalil Park. At that time, my pace was slow, starting with an 8-minute pace for a 3km run. After a few weeks of training, I managed to improve my pace to a 6-minute pace for a 5km run. My initial target was to achieve a 5-minute pace for a 10km run.
