Kuala Lumpur, 3 April 2009 - The Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2009 will be taking place on 28 June, 2009 at Dataran Merdeka. Marathon runners would have already entered into their final month of training, and both participants and fans are gearing up for an exciting race where a carnival atmosphere is promised for all.
So have you registered yourself for the Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2009? With the theme “Run Your Race”, you can select your preferred category from a range comprising the Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10KM, Fun Run (5KM), and the Kids Dash in two different age groups - 6 to 9 years old & 10 to 12 years old. So there’s something for everyone!
Runners interested in signing up for the Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2009 may do so online at the race’s official website, www.kl-marathon.com or in person at Standard Chartered Bank branches, MSIG Insurance branches, and the offices of the Malaysian Amateur Athletic Union and the Federal Territory Amateur Athletic Association.
