A very relax week.

While most of my running friend and PM members were waking up very early for the race of Kelab Penembak Bandar Di Raja Klang 15km Run 2010 and others for long run training for Putrajaya Night Marathon, I was relax myself this sunday. I woke up at 8.00am. After breakfast with my family, We headed to Saga Hill Ampang for hiking from 10.50am to 12.35pm. No race for me for the following week as I will be away to Yiwu, China for business from 13th to 17th Jan 2010. I heard China is very cold now, not sure weather got change to run or not...
