My Running Track


Today training - 1.2km warm up 200m x 2 times, 400m x 10 times, 1km warm down.

200m - 48s. 44s.

400m - 1.33, 1.34, 1.36, 1.32, 1.26, 1.26, 1.29, 1.22, 1.20, 1.23.
