TIME TRIAL FOR 2.4KM

I did a time trial for 2.4km at the Selyang Stadium with some of the Klava members this evening. Since my form is not very good recently, i dare not hope to better my PR of 8.48 which i did last year. I only hope that i can finish below 9.10.

Anyway i am happy with my the time of 9.01 which i did today.

LAP 1 - 1.27 - 1.27

LAP 2 - 1.30 - 2.57

LAP 3 - 1.32 - 4.29

LAP 4 - 1.31 - 6.00

LAP 5 - 1.32 - 7.32

LAP 6 - 1.29 - 9.01

AVERANGE PACE = 1.30 PER LAP OR 3.45 PER KM
