hello Vincent,
i'm a new runner. running for 8 months now...
glad to see i'm not alone mad about running. but my form is not that good and I clock about 20~25k/week only due to family and work commitments.
I got addicted to running when I started to jog for health. Then I found out, hey this is fun!
How do you get to train so much?
