My recent training.
Instead of 2km warm up, i only did 1 km warm up during these few months of training and there was no difference today.
- 1 km warm up
- 100m x 4 times speed warm up.
- 400m x 10 times - 1.42 , 1.33, 1.32, 1.30, 1.29
- suddenly i saw a familier face passing by, Oh! it was Ah Toh, long time no see. Ah Toh agreed to pace with me for the last 5 laps. Suddenly all my power came back at once.
- 400m x 5 times - 1.21, 1.23, 1.23, 1.21, 1.19.
- warm down 2 km and called it a day.
